Subject to these terms, we do not offer refunds on the purchase of goods or services. Each item designed or custom are hand made and we cannot provide refund. An exchange may be offered if there is a product defect. 

For items with a defect customer must contact snjcraftsnmore.us within 7 days of receipt to process an exchange, refunds are not given. 

If 7 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
Items that are for do it yourself may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if: item is defective or a wrong item has been sent or item is misrepresented in listing. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees. 

To be eligible to exchange an item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Where items have been made or personalized for you, they are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange unless defective. Please be sure to confirm all items prior to purchasing.
If you need to return an item, send us an email at our contact email address on this website and we will provide you with the address to return your items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
When you are returning items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
